Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Drain chickpeas from can in a strainer and rinse with warm water. Mash chickpeas in a food processor, blender or with a fork.
  2. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, and honey in a medium size bowl.
  3. Shape into balls and place in a container with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for 1 hour.
  5. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave for 40-60 seconds. 

    Add coconut oil to help dark chocolate melt!
  6. Dip cookie dough bites in melted chocolate and freeze for 1 hour.
  7. Serve & enjoy!

Note

Store in freezer or fridge.

This makes 12 servings and one bite is around 150 kcal.

These are vegan and dairy free.
