Omega 3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory and have been shown to support heart health. They are essential meaning the body doesn’t have enough enzymes to produce them, so they should be consumed through diet. Salmon is a source to receive essential nutrients.
The honey glaze sauce adds a sweet flavor that makes your tastebuds dance. It is a homemade sauce made with all natural ingredients. There’s no added sugars or sweeteners (just natural). Unfortunately most store bought sauces are filled with additives and anti-inflammatory ingredients. This sauce is a great alternative and is so easy to make!

Honey Glaze Salmon Benefits

Ingredients
Instructions
- Cut salmon in preferred serving sizes and add salt and pepper.
- Combine olive oil, honey, lemon and ginger in small bowl.
- Brush sauce on salmon and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Cook for 7-10 minutes.
- Add a complex carbohydrate and veggies to
plate. - Serve & enjoy!
Notes
- Cook until Salmon flakes.
- Use a silicone brush to brush sauce on.
- Add your favorite healthy carb and veggie.
- I love to add seaweed as well!
