Description
Elevate is a 6 week workout plan designed for the advanced gym level. It is a 4 day lifting split followed by one day of high intensity cardio. Elevate will push and help you progress even further in the gym at an advanced level.
Before starting the workout, we will discuss fitness strategies including: body composition, bulking, cutting, maintenance, and how to apply these principles to see your dream physique. We will also discuss nutrition’s impact on your workouts, proper supplements to take, and hydration.
Once the basics are covered we will dive into the workout. ELEVATE is 6 total weeks divided into 3 phases: Begin, Adapt, Progress. These phases are scientifically customized for your body to grow and see results.
Provided are easy healthy recipes to help you succeed in nutrition. Remember eating is 80% of your day, what goes into you body matters!
Note: This program is not easy. Elevate is created for an advanced level and is made to push + help you grow in your fitness journeys. Some exercises may be hard/different then what you’re used to. At first take it slow, and remember to have an open mind 🙂
