Description
START is a 6 week workout program designed specifically for gym beginners with average fitness levels. Before even starting the workout, we’ll discuss form, breathing, mind muscle connection, warm up & cooldown, and progressive overload. We will also cover the nutrition basics: macros, calories, supplements, etc.
Once the basics are covered we will dive into the workout. START is 6 total weeks divided into 3 phases: Begin, Adapt, Progress. These phases are scientifically customized for your body to grow and see results.
Provided are easy healthy recipes to help you succeed in nutrition. Remember eating is 80% of your day, what goes into you body matters!
