Description

These easy street tacos are the perfect recipe for lunch or dinner. Packed with protein, carbs, and healthy fats, they provide the energy you need for the day. Plus, they come together in just 10 minutes, making them a quick and delicious meal option.

Ingredients
  • 4 Siete Tortillas (Almond Flour)
  • 6 oz Ground Beef (90% lean)
  • 4 Mini Bell Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Feta
  • 4 tbsp Pico
  • 1/2 Large Avocado
Instructions

    1. Cook ground beef on a stovetop at medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Season halfway with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili lime seasoning.

    2. Set stovetop on medium heat and toast tortillas (30 sec on each side).

    3. While tortillas are toasting dice mini bell peppers and avocado.

    4. Prep tacos: Add ground beef, bell peppers, and avocado. Then, sprinkle feta cheese and add pico on top!

Note
  • I use Siete Almond Flour Tortillas
  • You can use ground turkey, chicken, salmon, mahi mahi, or shrimp instead of ground beef
  • Add your favorite fruit or veggies to the side!
  • This recipe is perfect if you have protein prepped, just heat it up and add to tacos
