  • 4 Plain Rice Cakes
  • 1 cup 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup PB2
  • 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

I use Fage 0% fat greek yogurt and it creates an amazing frosting like consitancy.

Protein powder is also a great option if you don't have pb2 or want to add more protein!
