  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Frozen or Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray muffin pan or add muffin liners.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in medium bowl and whisk together.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix until dough forms.
  5. Add frozen blueberries and mix into dough.
  6. Scoop dough into liners and fill approximately 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes & cool for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve & enjoy!

Note

  • Store in fridge (3-5 days) or freezer
  • Make sure to spray pan or use muffin liners
  • You can use fresh blueberries or frozen
  • This recipe makes 12 servings and each muffin is ~150 kcal
