Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 Dark Chocolate Bar (70-80% cacao)
Instructions

    Drain chickpeas from can in a strainer and rinse with warm water. Mash chickpeas in a food processor, blender or with a fork.

    Add chickpeas, peanut butter, and honey in a medium size bowl.

    Shape into balls and place in a container with parchment paper.

    Freeze for 1 hour.

    Melt dark chocolate in the microwave for 40-60 seconds. 

    Add coconut oil to help dark chocolate melt!

    Dip cookie dough bites in melted chocolate and freeze for 1 hour.
