I believe healthy eating should be easy and fun. Here's the deal, what we eat plays a huge role in how we feel and how our bodies function. There's a common misconception that healthy food is bland and only consists of eating chicken and rice. Well, I'm here to debunk that and show you all flavorful recipes that I eat every day. These have helped me learn to love healthy eating and develop a functional physique. Plus, I know we don't have the time or patience to spend on cooking.
