One of the best things about these Chili Lime Chips is how quick and easy they are to make, thanks to the convenience of using an air fryer. All you have to do is slice your potatoes thinly, toss them in olive oil, chili lime seasoning, and salt, then pop them into the air fryer until they are crispy and golden brown. In no time, you’ll have a batch of fresh, healthy, homemade chips ready to enjoy!

These Chili Lime Chips are a healthier alternative to store-bought potato chips. Unlike store-bought chips that are often filled with additives, preservatives, and inflammatory oils, these are a healthy snack option that you can feel good about. By controlling the ingredients that go into your chips, you can ensure that they are free from any unnecessary additives, making them a healthier choice for you and your family.

I also use olive oil, an anti-inflammatory oil that offers many health benefits. The combination of zesty lime and spicy chili creates a burst of flavor that makes the perfect guilt free snack!

Chili Lime Chips Ingredient Benefits

Potatoes- Potatoes are a nutrient-dense vegetable that provide a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They are rich in potassium, which is essential for maintaining healthy blood pressure and muscle function. Additionally, potatoes contain antioxidants like vitamin C, which can help boost the immune system and protect cells from damage.

Olive Oil- Olive oil is a staple in the Mediterranean diet and has been used for centuries. It is high in monounsaturated fats, which are known to reduce inflammation. Additionally, it is high in antioxidants and promotes good heart health. Olive oil also supports brain and digestive health.

Chili Lime Seasoning- Chili lime seasoning is a great way to enhance recipes with flavor from a natural blend of seasonings. I use Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Seasoning!
